Well its not MSF, but here is another aid organization (Canadian) that uses Alain's wording:
"Obtenir une information objective et précise est une tâche difficile mais essentielle." Lo and behold, when you click for the English version of the site, it comes out as "Obtaining fair and accurate information is difficult but essential." (I am usually extremely wary of translated websites but will make an exception for Canadian sites, here it is obviously translated to high standard.)
