socket spanner:Lokma anahtarı or Bijon anahtarı however lokma anahtarı is better. This is a plug-on nut spanner which grips the external contours of the screw head on all sides.

Bijon ahatarı may be better for fixed ones just like the one we use in replacing tyres of cars. (As that is a large diameter it may also be a \"Bijon anahtarı\" . As you have the image and other some context you may better decide which is the best.
